The issue 25th March - 7th 1987 April Smash Hits gave their readers a chance to send off 3 tokens for a Free Bitz Badge.

 

Bitz was a section in the magazine that gave readers information on whet artists were doing and was the first time that a Badge was offered on this section.

 

Over the next four issues Tokens were printed to give the reader ample opportunity to collect the 3 Tokens needed to get the badge.
