Need pictures of the Hard Backed Binder that came out this year and the 4 stickers that came with it.

I do have a picture of the Wallet that came with the offer from the magazine but need a better picture of the Wallet.  With this offer there was a number of Badges given away.  Which ones were provided to ad to the listing is also needed.
