1988 Stickers
In the 9th March 1988 Smash Hits gave away the fifth in their series of Sticker Books. This Fifth One featured 200 stickers which were split. The first 182 going into the Sticker Book and the final 18 going onto the Free Double Sided Poster that was stapled into the centre of the Sticker. The Second Side of the Poster was to be used for any spare Stickers the reader had left.
In the same issue Smash Hits also gave away a pack of 6 stickers to get the reader started. Another pack was given away in the following issue. This was to generate interest in getting their readers to start their collection and to buy additional packets.
Below are the Pictures of the Front and Back of the Stickers. There are missing stickers so if anyone can provide me with the pictures (Front or Back) I would be grateful.
