The 6th September - 19th September 1989 issue of Smash Hits provided it's readers with a chance to get their hands on a Free set of Badges.  One of the badges was given away with the current issue of Smash Hits.  There were 2 sets of Badges to choose from but you could only pick 1 (One) when sending off for them.

 

Like other badge offers you had to collect 2 tokens in order to send off for the badges in the set.
