Smash Hits gave away a Free Set of Tattoos with it's
18th October - 31st October 1989 issue.
There were 4 different sets to pick. Each cover had one of the sets attached so you could pick which set to purchase. If you wanted all four you needed to purchase 4 copies of the magazine.

All you had to do is rub the tattoo onto your skin and t was transferred.
