In the 23rd February - 8th March 2000 Issue of Smash Hits they gave away a variety of Free Gifts.  This one was a Free Westlife Stand-up of Mark.

This was a cardboard cut out of one of the band members of Westlife.  The bottom of the cut-out bent back so you could stand it on your table or anywhere you wanted.
