In the issue 2nd April - 15th April 1981 Smash Hits gave away a Free Badge on the cover of the issue.  This was one of 5 Badges to collect which comprised of:

To get the set all you needed was 3 tokens and a Self Addressed Envelope to get your hands on the complete set.

 

Unusually for the magazine a picture of the badges was never published so I can not add it here.  I also can not remember what they looked like.  Any one can help then please get in touch.
