1982 Poll Winners
Smash Hits published the 'Fourth Annual Readers Award Voting Form in the 28th October 1982 issue.

The Voting Form was to be used to ask the readers what their favourites were for the year 1982.
The Poll had 10 categories such as Best Group, though to the Most Fanciable Human Being.
The results were then published as a 16 page (with Adverts) Pull-Out and Keep Review Of The Year Section in the 23rd December 1982 issue of the magazine.
Below is a list of the Winners and Runners Up from that year.

2 - Best Female Singer Of The Year
3 - Best Male Singer Of The Year
4 - Best Album Of The Year
5 - Best Single Of The Year
6 - Best TV Programme Of The Year
7 - Best Radio Show Of The Year
8 - Most Appalling Record Of The Year
9 - Most Promising New Act For 1983
10 - Most Fanciable Human Being Of The Year
