Smash Hits published the 'Fifth Annual Readers Award Voting Form' in 27th October 1983 issue Of
Smash Hits

The Voting Form was to be used to ask the readers what their favourites were from for the year 1983.
The Poll had 12 categories such as Best Group, though to the Most Fanciable Human Being.
The results were then published in the 22nd December 1983 issue of the magazine.

12 - Most Fanciable Human Being Of The Year
