Labelled as Smash Hits Accessory Number 4, Over the following next two issues of the magazine, ending with the 7th July issue, there were further pages that you put together with the front and back cover to make the final booklet.
Essentially this built into a booklet detailing information on the 48 Most Famous Faces in Pop at that time.
