In the 11th September - 24th September 1985 issue of Smash Hits the magazine gave their readers a Free Interview Flexi Disc.

There were One of Four Interview Flexi Disc which were

Duran Duran
Spandau Ballet
Boy George
Frankie Goes To Hollywood

In order to collect the other 3 disc's the reader had to collect 3 different tokens and send them off with a 8" x 8" self addressed envelope with a 24 pence stamp on the cover.
​
Each disc was a 7" single sided disc that played at 33 â…“ RPM and were interviews from each of the stars
When you sent off for the other 3 you also got a Free Special Cover to put all 4 disc's into.

Free Cover / Sleeve
When you sent off for the other 3 disc's in the set you also received a Free Envelope Sleeve Cover to house all 4 disc's in. Originally each disc came with a plain White cover.
This way you could keep all four discs in their respective covers but house them all in a proper cover that looked more attractive.
