Competition
Two Years after the start of the Biscuit Tin the 19th January - 1st February 1994 issue of Smash Hits ran a Competition to Come up with New Questions and Design A New Biscuit Tin.
​
The winner would be taken to the Smash Hits Office and create the new Biscuit Tin then get taken to the first Photo Shoot with the tin and be the person holding the Tin in the photo.
​
All you had to do is complete your design and provide 3 Biscuit Tin Questions.

In the issue 2nd March - 15th March 1994 mash Hits announced the winner of the Biscuit Tin Design Competition.

The winner was Tanya Cubitt from Ballymena with Toby Anstis being the first celebrity to answer the new questions.
5th June - 18th June 1996
Four Years after the start of the Biscuit Tin the 5th June - 18th June 1996 issue of Smash Hits ran another Competition to Design A New Biscuit Tin.
​
The winner would be taken to the Smash Hits Office and create the new Biscuit Tin then get taken to the first Photo Shoot with the tin and be the person holding the Tin in the photo.
