Relaunch

The 18th March 1961 issue of Record Mirror had a major redesign and re-launch.  Now calling itself the New Record Mirror it had a new design and in it's Editorial says that it was going to concentrate on Records and those who make them.  The Other significant aspect of the Relaunch was that it also reset the Issue Count by saying that this was Issue 1
