In the 15th April 1978 issue, Record Mirror (in association with Virgin Records) offered readers a free album entitled Half Pounder. The album was available

only through Record Mirror. The offer also included a free badge.

Readers needed to collect six different tokens from the

issues dated 15th April through 20th May.  A special

extra token was published in the 27th May issue.

Once you have all six tokens you send them in with a

postal order for 65p to get the free album and badge.
